Let's start by understanding the architecture of the Platform. 


EZAE architecture has three main parts.
Learning plans,
Modules And
Learning profiles. 
Let's understand each one of them.


Modules 

These are the learning experiences you create like lessons, videos, quizzes, surveys, etc. 
These modules can be assigned to learners via the learning plan, which is a journey we create. 


Learning Plans 

These are the learning journeys we created that can have multiple events like pre-work before a workshop, a pre-test, followed by a webinar, followed by a workshop, a customer visit, lab time .. followed by a post-test, etc.


Learning Profile 

is a container for Learners who share similar learning needs.
Learners with similarity can be grouped as learner profiles.
It could be identical learning needs like new hires, sales, high potentials, etc.
It can be formal based on the job role 
These profiles are non-exclusive to each other, meaning one learner can have as many profiles.

Step 2: Create learner profiles and assign them to learners 
Step 3: Create modules 
Step 4: Create a learning plan - stack up your modules and assign the plan to the learner profile
Step 5: Set up triggered messages
Step 6: Create your team in case of multiple admins/managers/authors
