Click on the avatar picture in the top right corner.
Now click on the Company Profile link.
The Company Profile page will open.
Set up the Name of your company, this name is for display purposes in the application.
The description is to store any additional information about the company.
The contact person field is for your record,
for creating additional administrators see teams and roles.
Enable stringent Data Security - PII
You can enable Personal Identifiable Information (PII) Encryption that will be done using AES 256 Key at rest and in transit by checking on this box.
Enabling PII encryption will affect the reporting modules, restricting the sorting of learners' personal data columns.
Assign the admin for the new company
When you are creating a new company, you can also create its administrator/manager right from the company form itself.
Only one admin can be created from here. Any additional admins can be created by switching to this new company and going to the Manage Teams page.
If the administrator is already a manager in one of your companies, and you also want to assign this new company to them as well, you can turn on the option of already a manager.
This will show a new dropdown menu of managers that is available in all of the companies.
Now select the manager you want to assign to this new company. It will load all of the manager details in the below manager fields.
Manager fields will not be editable as these details are already saved for this manager. You can update these details after creating the company.
After saving the company, a welcome email will be sent to this manager's email with login credentials and the company.
Check/Set the use limits of the company
All trial accounts are allotted 5 GB of space and 5 participants during the trial period.
We can assign the limit of storage usage in this section. After consuming this limit, no more media can be uploaded for the company. Storage assigned to the company and storage used is also shown below the Storage size input field.
If you are on the Agency plan you can create multiple companies and for each company, you can set the space and participant limit.
If you want to limit the number of learners a company can have, you can set the limit in the "Participants" input field. The limit left and the total number of participants created are shown below the input field.
If you do not want to limit the participants, you can leave the Participants field empty. Then this company can share the total learner limit with other companies. The total learner limit is the one set by the admin when purchasing the plan from the "My Account" page.
Connect your Storage (Add-On)
You can choose to add your Amazon S3 Bucket for storage of your data, that way you have the sole custody of your data on your storage asset.
S3 integration is an addon with a one-time fee. Check the My Account page's Billing section for pricing details.
Purchasing the addon will initiate the manual integration process.
You would have to add the bucket details in the company in which you want to use your own S3 bucket. If bucket details are not saved it will save the media in EZAE's bucket by default.
If you have multiple companies, you would have to add the bucket details in every company, this way you also can use different S3 buckets for each company.

Customize the look and feel as per your branding
The following customizations are available:
Company Logo
This logo will appear on the top left of the application, on the menu bar. You can upload a large logo for the expanded menu and a smaller logo for the collapsed left menu.
Powered by Logo
This logo will appear on the bottom left of the screen, at the bottom of the menu bar.
You can upload a big logo for the expanded menu and a smaller logo for the collapsed menu.
Vanity URL
You can choose a URL that reflects your company name.
Your Vanity URL will look something like yourname.EZAE.in
type the name you want to set, and check the box to apply for the subdomain.
If available then it will show an available message in green below.
My Domain redirect (Add-On)
If you want the application to open up on your domain like yourcompanyname.com
Then you can purchase the CNAME redirect addon. It is a one-time fee addon. Check the "My Account" page's Billing section to purchase this addon.
Your domain will be activated within 1 to 2 days. You will receive an email notification once your domain is activated.
Custom Colors & Fonts
Left Menu color
The left-side menu color can be customized by clicking the left-hand color Pallet
You can choose from some premade color palettes OR choose your color by choosing from the color picker.
Right Canvas color
The right-side canvas color can be changed by clicking the right-hand color Pallet
You can choose from some premade color palettes OR choose your color by choosing from the color picker.
Pattern selection
Choose from the Patterns, they will be shown as an overlay on the right canvas.
Save Button Color
You can choose the color of the save button throughouttheapplication to match your branding.
Primary Button Color You can customize the color of all the other buttons besides the save button throughout the application to create some interesting contrasts.
Font Customization
Choose the font style you want from the dropdown.
Choose the color of the Font on the left menu by clicking on the Left Font color picker.
Choose the color of the Font on the right canvas by clicking on the Right Font color picker.
The default color of the font is blueish-grey.
Login Screen
To utilize this customization feature, you need to have a Subdomain or Full domain.
When you visit your domain's login page, such as mycompanyname.ezae.in, we can identify you and display your custom welcome and footer messages on the login pages for admins and learners.
Welcome message
This message will appear above the username box on the login page.
Footer
This message will appear at the bottom of the login page.
Image Slider
Selected images will be shown on the login screen's left side,
A good place to extend branding.
Preview
You can see the real-time preview of your login page changes.
You can copy your unique Vanity login URL from the top left corner.
Custom Labels
You can make the application menu appear in any language using the custom labels option.
Just paste the Unicode text in the labels' replacement placeholders.
Continue customizing your company, once you click the Save button at the bottom, all settings will be saved.
