You can access your Profile and billing page by clicking on your avatar picture on the right-hand side corner of the header area.
A drop-down menu will appear.
You can access your account, change your profile picture, and set your company profile from this menu.

To go to the Profile and Billing page, click the "My Account" link.



Profile Tab

Here you can see your full name, and email as you have given at the time of signup.

You can also fill in your mobile number.

You can add a new avatar picture by clicking on the profile picture.

A new popup will open here you can upload a new picture from your system by clicking on the "Upload new image" button. Then set the cropper position for the new image. Then click on save.


The second option is to select an image from one of the available avatar images from the Avatar tab.

Select the avatar image you want and click on the "Set profile" button below.


The next fields we have are Company name for billing, Billing address, Country, State & GST number.

These details are solely used for billing and creating invoices for your company.


After filling in your details you can click on the Save button.


Change Password

We also have the option to Change the password just below the save button.

Click on the Change password checkbox.

It will open the form to change your password for your admin login.

Fill out your Current password and new Password, and Confirm password fields. Then click on the Send OTP link to get the OTP to your email ID saved in the profile form.

Fill out the OTP 2 minutes before it expires and Click on Save.

Now you have updated your password. Next time when you log in to EZAE, make sure to put in your new password.



Billing Tab

To see your current plan details or Upgrade your plan, click on the "Billing" Tab from the top menu.

Here you can see the number of days left in your plan.

It will show your current plan and its details in the top section. For the first time, you are given a free trial plan.

To update your plan, click on the "Update / Edit" button. It will show a list of available plans and add-ons below.


There are 3 available plans for you to choose from:

Started Plan

is a basic plan that can be used for academies, trainings, small companies, etc.

Organization Plan

has all the features from the Starter plan Plus some advanced features like Proctoring, Competency mapping, etc.

Agency Plan

lets you create multiple companies that would be more suitable for consultant, reselling, or training providers with multiple clients. It also has all the features from the Organization Plan.


Add Learners

All the plans are charged according to the number of learners you want.

Enter the learners you want in the input box on the left to see the cost per learner.

As you add more learners, the cost per learner decreases for every available plan.

On the right side, you can choose the plan type to be either Monthly or Annual.


Overview of Add-On Types

We have 3 types of add-ons:

  1. Additional Storage:
    will be charged either monthly or annually based on your plan type. Your plan has some default storage. If you want some additional storage for your resources like images, documents, or videos. You can purchase the additional storage add-on by selecting the desired GBs.

  2. CNAME & S3 Integration:
    These are one-time add-ons, meaning you can buy it once and use it for a lifetime.

    CNAME addon lets you run the EZAE application on your custom domain. For example - you can make learn.yourdomin.com point to this application.

    S3 Integration lets you integrate your own AWS S3 storage with EZAE, this will let you have full control of your media resources that get uploaded from the EZAE application and never have to worry about storage payments.

  3. Courses & Proctoring:
    These are the user-based add-ons, meaning they will charged based on the number of users/learners you have. The price will charged per learner.

    Courses addon gives you access to a predefined set of interactive E-learning courses that can be used to give your learners training on topics like Etiquettes, Anti Bribery, POSH, Company Information Technology, and lots more!

    The proctoring feature is designed to ensure the integrity and security of the assessments/tests taken online through the EZAE platform. You can enable proctoring in any quiz-type module and the learners will be recorded after intervals during their training sessions and the admin can view the clips at any time.


Coupons

After selecting the desired plan and add-ons, you will find a detailed summary of the purchased features below.
If you have a coupon code you can add the code and click on the Validate button on the right.

Then click on the "Proceed to Pay" button. This way you'll get to purchase the plan at a discounted amount.


Refunds on Downgrading Plan

In case you have purchased a higher plan but only need the features available in the smaller plan. You can downgrade and we will refund you the amount that was yet to be used by you based on the number of days left in your higher plan.

For example, if you are going from Organization Plan to Starter plan, the pricing box will look something like this:-

The price of the Starter plan is shown. 51 learners @20 INR per learner making it a total of 1,020 INR.

Then the adjustment of the Organization Plan is shown just below. The organization plan was purchased at 51 users @250 INR making the adjustment amount 12,750 INR. As the adjustment amount is more than the price of the Starter plan, the extra money will get credited to your wallet, which can be further used to make purchases or pay your invoices.

Now click on the Proceed button.


Wallet Money

Wallet money will have no expiration. We can add money using the "Add to Wallet" button.

This wallet money can be used to pay invoices or make upgrades to your plan.



Invoice Tab

To see your past invoice payments, click on the "Payments" tab from the top menu.

Here you will see a list of Invoice payments.

The "Due on" column contains the due dates of the invoices.

Then we have the "Created on" date which tells us when the invoice was created. Invoices are generally created 10 days before your plan expiration.

Then we have the Invoice number, which is a unique number assigned to your invoice.

The Status column shows if the invoice payment has been completed or pending.

Then we have the amount and tax columns. The total Amount and Tax make the Grand amount.

To pay an invoice click on the Pay link.

Invoices can be downloaded in PDF format anytime from the download link. The PDF contains a summary of all the expenses related to the services/items you purchased.

Transactions Tab

Here you will see the list of transactions that occurred and the transaction ID.

Any amount added to the wallet or Invoice payment is recorded here for future reference.
