Welcome to the Mail Message Logs documentation page. This page logs various emails that are being sent to your company learners.

Emails can get created from Auto Notifications and Triggered messages set up in your company.


To access Message Logs, navigate to the Logs menu, expand it, and click on the Message Logs submenu.

Grid Columns Explained:

Message Name: Name of the Auto Notification/Triggered message related to the email.

Condition: Describes the condition which caused the mail to be created.

Learner Username: to whom the mail is going to be sent or has been sent. 

Status: Pending / Sent / Failed.

Dated: Logged time of mail message creation.


Failed Mails

Sending emails can fail for several reasons to find out the cause, the mail message logs page can help. Simply click on the Failed status block to find out the failure reason.



Filtering & Sorting:

  • Click on the column header to sort the data in ascending or descending order.
  • Click on the arrow icon that appears when you hover on the column heading to search for a particular word in the column.

Pagination:

  • Go to Page: Navigate to a specific page of mail message logs.
  • Show Rows: Set the number of rows displayed per page.
  • Page Navigation: Move between pages of the mail message list.
