Roles are like templates that can be assigned to a Manager / Team member. The assigned manager will only have access to the parts of the application configured for that role.
To manage your roles templates and their permissions, you need to find the Company menu from the left menu and then click on the Roles submenu.
Here you will see all the roles that are saved for your companies.

- Bulk Delete Roles - Select multiple rows and delete them at once. Note: roles that are allotted to any manager can not be deleted.
- Show/Hide grid columns - Change the columns displayed in the grid. Your preferences will be saved for your next visit to the page.
- Grid Searching & Sorting: You can hover over the column header in the grid to reveal an arrow icon. Click on the arrow icon to search within the column. To sort in ascending or descending order, simply click on the column header.

- Edit - Edit name, description, or permissions of the manager. If role permissions get updated, it is also reflected in the manager's permission.
- Delete - Delete the role. Note: roles that are allotted to any manager can not be deleted.
- Enable / Disable - Change the status of the role. You can only disable roles that are not allotted to any manager. Disabled roles become inaccessible.
- Change Grid page - When you have more than 20 roles, you can change the grid to show only 5 or 10 at a time and switch between pages.
How to Create a Role Template
- Click on Add New.
- Add the Role name and description if you want.
- Turn on the switches for the permissions that you want to be saved for this role template.
- Once you are satisfied, click on the Save button.
A new role will be created. To assign this new role, go to the Manage Teams page.
Create a new Team member, select the newly created role, and save the manager.
Or you can assign the new role to an existing team member too.
