How to Manage Your Modules:
Go to the Modules link under the Content section to see all the modules you have created till now.
This interface allows you to add, update, refresh, and delete Modules efficiently, ensuring your application stays organized.
You can switch between Grid & Card view from the icons provided on the right side of the main page's heading.
Managing from Grid View:
- Create New - Create a new module.
- Refresh - Refresh the grid.
- Show Archives - Show the list of modules that are marked archived.
- Grid Columns:
- Title
- Image
- Type of Module
- Created On
- Modified On
- Average Learner Ratings - Click on the review stars to find out who had reviewed.
- Actions
- Grid's Actions Column -
- Info - View Modules information like the total marks, names of the learning plans where the module has been used, what are the reviews added by the learners for the module, and the certificates that have been issued.
- Edit - Edit an existing module.
- Delete - Delete a module. Note - Modules can only be deleted if they are not used anywhere.
- Enable/Disable - Change the status of the module. Disabled modules are not shown to the learner for training.
- Copy - Copy the module to create another module.
- Archive - Marking a module as archived when it is not in use anymore. Archived modules are not shown to the learners. They can be viewed when the "Show Archives" switch is turned on.
- Info - View Modules information like the total marks, names of the learning plans where the module has been used, what are the reviews added by the learners for the module, and the certificates that have been issued.
- Change pages of the grid - Change the total number of rows to show in the grid, go to the next and previous pages, etc.
Managing from Card View:
- Create New - Create a new module.
- Refresh - Refresh the grid.
- Delete - Delete a module. Note - Modules can only be deleted if they are not used anywhere.
