The "Manage Learning Plans" page in your application is designed to help admins manage and monitor learning plans efficiently. Below is a detailed explanation of the card view elements and functionalities:


Overview

The "Manage Learning Plans" page is divided into different views, including card and grid views. This documentation focuses on the card view.

Page Controls

  1. + Add New: Click this button to create a new learning plan.
  2. Refresh: Reload the page to show the most up-to-date information.
  3. Clone: Duplicates the selected learning plan.
  4. Archive: Archives the selected learning plan.
  5. Filter Tabs: All, Completed, Enabled, Disabled, and Upcoming tabs help filter the learning plans based on their status.
  6. View Switch Icons: Located at the right side of the page heading, there are two icons:
    Grid View Icon: Switches the view to a grid format.
    Card View Icon: Switches the view to a card format (current view).
  7. Show Archives Toggle: A toggle switch between archived learning plans view.


Card View Elements

  1. Learning Plan Cards
    Each learning plan is displayed as a card. These cards provide a snapshot of the learning plan details.

  2. Card Colors
    Black and White Cards represent disabled learning plans. They are not accessible to the learners.

  3. Card Details
    1. Title: The name of the learning plan.
    2. Created By: The name of the admin who created the learning plan.
    3. Enrollment Status: Icons showing the number of learners enrolled, started, and completed the plan.
    4. View Leaderboard: Check who has the highest score in the learning plan.
    5. Points: Total points that can be attained by completing the learning plan.
    6. Total Badges: The total number of Badges that can be attained by completing the learning plan.
    7. Avg. Score: Average scores of the learners who have completed the learning plan.
    8. Engagement: This metric shows the percentage of learners actively attempting the learning plan.
    9. End Date: Information on when the learning plan is ending.
    10. Profile Tag: A purple tag on the right side of the card indicates the learning profile assigned to the plan. A learning profile is a group of learners who will undertake this plan.
    11. Card Actions
      • Edit: Allows admins to modify the learning plan.
      • Copy: It opens a create new learning plan page with all the details filled according to the copied learning plan. You can edit however you like to create a new learning plan.
      • Archive: Moves the learning plan to the archives.
      • Copy QR Codes: Generates QR codes for the learning plan or any of its modules.
        The Learning plan's QR code can be shared with the learners to redirect them to the timeline page of the particular learning plan where they can see all the modules in the learning plan.
        The Module's QR codes can be shared with the learners to redirect them to the training page of the particular module.
