Welcome to the Learner Logs documentation page. This page logs various learner actions that occur within the system.

To access Learner Logs, navigate to the Logs menu, expand it, and click on the Learner Logs submenu.

The following are the types of Logs that can be seen on this page:

1. Login: Logs the IP address and User agent when a learner logs in to their account.
2. Logout: Records when a learner logs out of their account. 
3. Change Password: Records when a learner changes their password to their account.
4. Edit Profile: Records when a learner edits their profile.
5. Updated Profile Picture: Logs when a learner updates their profile picture.
6. Module Started: Logs when a learner starts a module for training.
7. Module Finished: Logs when a learner finishes a module training.
8. Sent Message:  Records when a learner sends a message to whether a learner or an admin.
9. Earned Badge: Records when a learner earns a Badge.
10. Earned Points: Records when a learner achieves points.

Grid Columns Explained:

Admin Name: Name of the admin related to the activity described in detail.

Detail: Detail of the log.

Log Type: Type of the log 

Dated: Logged time of the activity.

Filtering & Sorting:

• Click on the column header to sort the data in ascending or descending order.
• Click on the arrow icon that appears when you hover on the column heading to search for a particular word in the column.

Pagination:

• Go to Page: Navigate to a specific page of logs.
• Show Rows: Set the number of rows displayed per page.
• Page Navigation: Move between pages of the logs list.
