To create your free trial Admin account on the EZAE platform.
You need to go to https://app.ezae.in/
Click on the Admin link from the top headers.
Click on New User Signup link
You will then be redirected to the Signup Page.
Here you can fill up the required information to get your free trial account. You can upgrade your account after the signup.
Fields:
- Admin Name: This will be the name of your admin.
- Admin Official Email Id: Enter your Official email which is your Organization's email. Other common mail IDs like Gmail, Yahoo, etc. are not allowed. This email id will also be your username to log into the Ezae platform.
- Mobile Number: Enter your mobile number.
- Company name: Enter the company name.
- Password: Set up a password for your account.
- Approx Learner count: Input an approximate of total learners in your account.
- Platform Usage: Input a brief description of how are you going to use the Ezae platform.
- Read and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
- Then click on Start Trial.
Some of the errors you may encounter include:
- Email is not valid: Please check if the email exists or if there are any spelling mistakes.
- Admin Username already exists: You need to change the username that is your email field. It is already in use by another admin account.
- Admin Mobile number already exists: You need to change the mobile number, it is already in use by some other admin account.
- Password must have at least 8 characters containing numbers, special symbols, upper case, and lower case alphabets.
After successful signup, you will be redirected to a success page.
Also, you will be sent a Welcome Mail from notifications@ezae.in where you need to verify your email ID by clicking on the activation link.
Here you can see your trial days, Total learner/user limit, Storage, etc.
If you have any queries, you can click on the Contact Us button to send a query to the support. We will reply as soon as possible.
Then click on the Continue button. Then you will be redirected to the onboarding page.
If your email is not yet verified, you will see a popup notification to activate your account, and will not be able to access the account until it is activated.
