EZAE offers a comprehensive notification system to keep admins informed about important events and activities. The following types of notifications are available for admins:
Module Completion
This notification alerts admins when a learner completes a module.Learning Plan Completion
Admins receive this notification when a learner completes an entire learning plan.Message Received
This notification informs admins when they receive a new message from a learner. It ensures that important communications are not missed and can be addressed promptly.Badge Allotted
Admins are notified when a learner is awarded a badge.New User Sign-Up
This notification alerts admins whenever a new user signs up through the user registration form.S3 Quota Finished
Admins receive this notification when the S3 (Amazon Simple Storage Service) quota is reached.Reward Redeemed
This notification informs admins when a learner redeems a reward.Low Wallet Balance
Admins are alerted when the wallet balance falls below a certain threshold. This ensures that there are sufficient funds for continuing their postpaid plan.
How to access Admin Notifications?
Latest notifications can be seen from the bell icon placed at the top header, right beside your profile picture.
To access all the notifications, click on the "Show all notifications" or click on the Notifications menu from the left.
The Admin Notifications page shows all the notifications you have received in your company.
You can filter the Notifications by type.
You can refresh the grid by clicking on the refresh icon placed on the right side of the Page heading.
You can change the sorting of the grid columns by clicking on the grid column's heading.
You can change pagination by navigating to a specific page of notifications, setting the number of rows to display per page, and moving between pages of the notifications list.
