Welcome to the Admin Logs documentation page. This page logs various administrative actions that occur within the system.
To access Admin Logs, navigate to the Logs menu, expand it, and click on Admin Logs submenu.
The following are the types of Logs that can be seen on this page:
- Module Created: Records when a new module is created.
- Module Updated: Records when someone updates an existing module.
- Module Deleted: Records when a module is deleted from the system.
- Module Archived: Logs the archiving of a module.
- Module Unarchived: Logs the archiving of a module.
- Learning Plan Created: Records when a new learning plan is created.
- Learning Plan Updated: Records when someone updates an existing learning plan.
- Learning Plan Archived: Logs the archiving of a learning plan.
- Learning Plan Unarchived: Logs the unarchiving of a learning plan.
- Question Created: Records when a new question is created.
- Question Deleted: Logs when a question is deleted from the system.
- Learner Created: Logs when a new learner is added to the system.
- Learner Deleted: Logs when a learner is removed from the system.
- Login: Logs the IP address and User agent when someone logs in to the Admin or Manager account.
- Participant Quota Updated: Logs when the admin account's participant/learner limit is changed.
Grid Columns Explained:
Learner Name: Name of the learner related to the activity described in detail.
Detail: Detail of the log.
Log Type: Type of the log
Dated: Logged time of the activity.
Filtering & Sorting:
- Click on the column header to sort the data in ascending or descending order.
- Click on the arrow icon that appears when you hover on the column heading to search for a particular word in the column.
Pagination:
- Go to Page: Navigate to a specific page of logs.
- Show Rows: Set the number of rows displayed per page.
- Page Navigation: Move between pages of the logs list.
