Welcome to your admin dashboard.

From here you can monitor all the activities inside the platform.

First, the application will greet you by name, followed by displaying your last login time.

Just below it shows the count of different parameters like
Learners in the system
Modules
Profiles
Learning Plans

This is a dynamic count as you start making your assets this number will keep changing.


Widgets Area

Widgets you create can be moved around by dragging from the widget header to make your mission control more precise.


Add a widget to the Dashboard 

Click on the Add Widgets button at the bottom of the dashboard or from the "Manage Widgets" sub-menu.
You will see this Popup

Create the widget by filling out the fields.
Select what type of Widget you would like to add.
Make sure the widget is enabled to ensure it shows up on your dashboard.
You have the following widget types available:


Activity

It's a Graphical Line chart, that will show how many users are assigned the module, and the number of users who have attempted and completed a particular module.

To create an activity widget, you need to select a learning plan, and then all of its modules will get loaded in the below modules dropdown. Then select the particular module to see its activity data. By default, it will show data of all the users from the profile of the learning plan. If you want to see the data of a particular profile you can do so by selecting that profile in the below profiles dropdown. Then click on save. Your widget will be shown on the screen instantly.


Performance 

It will show as a Bar chart showing an average of all the learner's scores by the criteria set like - by Learning plan, module, or Learning profile.


Completion

Leaderboard

It shows the leaderboard positions of an existing leaderboard made by you. This can act as a quick access to leaderboard positions if you want to monitor it at frequent intervals.
First, you need to create a leaderboard by navigating to the "Gamifications" menu from the left-hand menu, expanding it, and clicking on the Leaderboard sub-menu. Then create a leaderboard by selecting its criteria.
Then come back to the Live Dashboard and create a new leaderboard widget by selecting the newly created leaderboard in the widget and saving.


Rewards

Shows the list of the users who have earned a specific reward with date and time.


Badges

Shows the list of learners who have earned badges based on the Learning plan or Module. You need to select the criteria and then the Learning plan/ Module to create the Badges widget.


Learner Activity

Shows the list of recent activity based on the Learner profile. To create this widget, you need to select the Learner profile for which you want to see the activity. It shows logs about a learner's login, logout time, change password, Module completion, Point & Badge allotments, etc.


Certificates

Shows the list of learners who have earned a particular certificate. To create this widget, you need to select the certificate for which you want to see the certificate allotments.


Communications

Show the list of canned message communications that will be sent in the future.

Criteria Available:

Learning plans - If the selected learning plan's modules are selected in any of the canned messages, then the communications widget can show which canned messages are meant to be sent in the future at which date & time.

Modules - If a module is selected in a canned message, then the communications widget can show which canned messages are meant to be sent in the future for that particular module.

Learning profiles - If a Learning profile is selected in a canned message, then the communications widget can show which canned messages are meant to be sent in the future to that learning profile's learners.


Points

Shows the list of learners who have earned points based on the Learning plan or Module. You need to select the criteria and then the Learning plan/ Module.


Show All

Look for this "Show All" link which may appear below some widgets when there is more data to show. Widgets that show a list like Points, Badges, Rewards, Leaderboards, etc. only show the latest data, when you want to see all the available data you can click on the "Show all" link.

This will open a popup with all the available data.
