With our enterprise plan, you can add more clients to the system and reuse your existing content.
To add a new company, simply go to the Company submenu.
Here you can see and manage all the existing companies present in your system.
You can switch between grid and card view from the icons present on the right side of the page heading.
To create a new company, click on the Add new button.
This will open the company form.
You need to at least fill in the Company name to create it.
Set up the Name of your company, this name is for display purposes in the application.
The description is to store any additional information about the company.
The contact person field is for your record,
for creating additional administrators see teams and roles.
Enable stringent Data Security - PII
Assign the admin for the new company
When you are creating a new company, you can also create its administrator/manager right from the company form itself.
Only one admin can be created from here. Any additional admins can be created by switching to this new company and going to the Manage Teams page.
This will show a new dropdown menu of managers that is available in all of the companies.
Now select the manager you want to assign to this new company. It will load all of the manager details in the below manager fields.
Manager fields will not be editable as these details are already saved for this manager. You can update these details after creating the company.
Check/Set the use limits of the company
We can assign the limit of storage usage in this section. After consuming this limit, no more media can be uploaded for the company. Storage assigned to the company and storage used is also shown below the Storage size input field.
If you want to limit the number of learners this company can have, you can set the limit "Participants" input fields. The limit left and the total number of participants created are shown below the input field.
If you do not want to limit the participants for each company, you can leave the Participants field as empty. Then this company can share the total learner limit with other companies. The total learner limit is the one set by the admin when purchasing the plan from the "My Account" page.
Connect your Storage (Add-On)
You would have to add the bucket details in the company in which you want to use your own S3 bucket. If bucket details are not saved it will save the media in EZAE's bucket by default.
If you are already using your s3 for some of the companies then you can also use the same credentials for this company as well.
Customize the look and feel as per your branding
The following customizations are available:
Company Logo
This logo will appear on the top left of the application, on the menu bar.
You can upload a large logo for the expanded menu and a smaller logo for the collapsed left menu.

My Domain redirect (Add-On)
Your domain will be activated within 1 to 2 days. You will receive an email notification once your domain is activated.
Custom Colors & Fonts
Primary Button Color
You can customize the color of all the other buttons besides the save button throughout the application to create some interesting contrasts.
Login Screen
To utilize this customization feature, you need to have a Subdomain or Full domain.
When you visit your domain's login page, such as mycompanyname.ezae.in, we can identify you and display your custom welcome and footer messages on the login pages for admins and learners.
Custom Labels
You can switch to this new company from the Companies dropdown present in the top menu.
