Regular reporting in numbers

Task Types

Quick Reporting:

The learner can be asked to respond in Yes / No, Number, Date, or Text format.

Survey:

Selecting an existing survey. The learner will attempt the task and its content will be the same as the survey selected.

Media:

Prompting the learner to upload a Document, Video, Audio, Image, or Link.

Media File Approval:

The media type task can be set to allow file approval by the admin.
Every file uploaded for the task can be approved or disapproved from the Task Reporting section. If a file gets disapproved, the learner gets a notification via email that his uploaded file has been rejected with the comment added as a rejection reason, so that the learner can upload again.

Setting Frequency of the Task Module

You can set a frequency at which the user will do the task.

You can repeat this task every particular day, every 3 weeks, every 6 months, every year, however you like.

Now when this module gets allotted via a learning plan, the learning plan will create as many copies as required according to the frequency set in the module.

For example, you create a module to repeat every day. Then you can add this task module in a learning plan with scheduled dates from 1 Jan to 7 Jan and save the learning plan. The learning plan will automatically create 6 new copies + your original module. The learners will be required to attempt this task every day starting from 1st Jan to 7th Jan.
