Question types available for the Survey Quiz are:
  1. Likert Scale - has multiple options to collect data based on Rating, Likelihood, Satisfaction, Star Rating, etc. You can choose if you want to show the images with the options to the learners.
    You can also create custom Likert options from the Custom tab available at the end of the options of Likert.
    You can create as many options as you want. You can add custom images for each of the options by clicking on the image, this will open the Media gallery popup, here you can either add a new picture or select an existing picture from the gallery. Enter the option label below the image. You can choose whether you want to show the images or not from the "Show Image" checkbox at the top.

  2. Essay Question - It will have 1 question that the learner will need to answer in essay/paragraph format. The learner will be shown a text area where he can write and submit.
    Toggle Allow Comments to control whether you want to collect additional comments from the learner when he submits the question.
  3. Single Selection - is a multiple-choice question that allows the user to choose only one option out of many. You can add as many options as you want from the "Add Option" button.
  4. Multi Selection - The learner will be able to select multiple options for submitting multi-selection questions.

  5. Estimate Percentage - The learner will need to add an estimate of the percentage for the question.
  6. Yes No - The learner will be presented with Yes and No options. They need to select at least one of the options to submit their answer.

  7. Sequencing - The learner needs to set the available options in his way based on the question. Then they can submit the sequencing question.
