EZAE offers a set of predefined highly interactive E-learnings that can be used to train and assess the knowledge of your employees/learners in your company.
How to see available E-learnings
Go to Content accordion on the left side menu and expand it, click on the Elearnings menu.
These are the predefined Elearnings that are assigned to you.
You can use any of the e-learnings to create an Elearning type module with custom Badge and Point Configurations, setting the e-learning type module as global. This way a single predefined E-learning can be used in many ways.
Click on the i icon in the E-learning view to see information about the E-learning.
How to Create an E-learning type Module
- Navigate to the Content menu, expand it, and click on the Create sub-menu.
- Now select Module type as E-learning.
- Fill in the name, description, tags, approx. time to complete.
- You can enable Quick Assign to bypass creating a learning plan and directly assign it to specific learners quickly when the module gets saved.
- Add Gamification configurations like Points & Badges if you want.
- Now click on the Add E-learning button at the bottom. This will open a popup with all the predefined E-learnings.
- Select an e-learning from the list and click on the Add button at the bottom of the popup screen.
- Now E-learning will be set for the module. Click on the Save Module button to create your e-learning type module.
How to use E-learning in a Learning Plan
- Create a new Learning plan or edit an existing learning plan if you wish.
- Fill in the details for the learning plan.
- Click on the Add Module button to open a popup to select your e-learning module.
- Now type in the E-learning Module name you created and click the OK button.
- Now save the learning plan with your selected module.
