TNA (Training Needs Analysis) is an AI-powered tool designed to give you real-time insight into the training requirements across your organization. It collects feedback from users about their individual training needs, analyzes the input using AI, and then redistributes the processed data for peer voting. This collaborative process ensures a more accurate and democratic identification of key skill gaps. The final output is a detailed report that aids in planning targeted training interventions.

How to Enable TNA

  1. Navigate to Company Profile
Go to the Company Profile section and locate the AI tab.

  2. Enable TNA
Check the TNA option to activate the feature.

  3. Set TNA Frequency
Define the TNA Frequency, which determines the interval (in days) at which the survey will restart.

  4. Configure Reset TNA
Set the Reset TNA value to specify after how many days a user’s previous suggestions will be cleared. This helps in keeping the feedback relevant and updated. It is recommended to set this as a multiple of the TNA frequency.

  5. Save the Form
Once saved, TNA will automatically activate for all users in the company.

User Experience

  • Initial Suggestions
When a user logs in, a TNA Suggestions popup will appear, prompting them to enter skills they either wish to improve upon or believe would help them perform their job better.

  • AI Analysis and Categorization
Once enough users submit suggestions, the AI system analyzes and categorizes the inputs into meaningful skill clusters.

  • Voting Phase
Users will then see a TNA Voting popup, where they can vote for the skills they find most relevant from the AI-generated categories.

Admin Insights

The final voting results are available in the Admin Dashboard under the TNA Widget, offering a clear overview of skill priorities within the organization.
