Empowering the workforce starts with understanding their strengths. Our Skill Mapping & Assessment tool offers a structured, AI-enhanced method to evaluate, track, and elevate employee competencies — ensuring the right people are in the right roles.

🔍 How It Works

  1. Admins Define Skill Requirements
Set skill expectations and required proficiency levels for each role.

  2. Employees Perform Self-Assessments
Employees assess their own skill levels via a structured form.

  3. Managers Validate Skill Proficiency
Leaders and skip leaders review and rate their subordinates’ skills.

  4. Automated Diagnostics
Diagnostic rules allow targeted training modules to be assigned based on skill gaps.

  5. Comprehensive Reports
Gain actionable insights into organizational and individual skill strengths and gaps.
