The AI-powered Mood Monitor helps organizations track and improve the mental well-being and morale of their teams. At configured intervals, users are prompted to share their current mood. The data collected is visualized through a dedicated dashboard widget, helping admins identify emotional trends and take timely action to maintain a healthy work environment.


How to Enable Mood Monitor

  1. Access Company Profile:
    Navigate to the Company Profile section.

  2. Enable Mood Monitor:
    In the AI section, enable the Mood Monitor option.

  3. Set Frequency:
    Choose how often the mood prompt appears—options include weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

  4. Configure Mood Options:
    Define the mood options (e.g., Happy to Sad) along with corresponding images for a more engaging user experience. These configurations will influence the accuracy of the mood scores shown on the dashboard.

  5. Save the Form:
    Once settings are configured, save the form to activate the feature.


User Experience

  • Prompt on Login:
    When a user logs in, a Mood Monitor popup appears, prompting them to select their current mood.

  • Flexible Interaction:
    Users can select their mood and submit it, or choose to skip the prompt.
    The popup will reappear based on the set frequency.


Admin Dashboard & Reporting

Admins can view mood data via two powerful widgets:

  • Mood Monitor List:
    Displays the average mood scores profile-wise. Admins can filter by user profiles to view individual scores.

  • Mood Monitor Trend:
    Shows mood trends over time, either daily or weekly, enabling pattern recognition and proactive response.
