The AI Habit Builder empowers learners to develop and maintain positive habits that align with their goals and growth journey. Leveraging AI, the tool suggests personalized habits based on users’ competency scores, feedback from peers, and selected career paths. Users can also create and track their own habits manually.
The AI Assistant widget further enhances the experience by offering habit suggestions and supporting habit creation directly.
How to Enable the Habit Builder
Access Company Profile:
Go to the Company Profile and navigate to the AI section.Enable Habit Builder:
Check the Habit Builder option to activate the tool.Save the Form:
Once saved, users will gain access to a new "Habits" menu item.
Creating a Habit (User Flow)
Click "Create Habit":
Users can begin by clicking the Create button, which opens a popup with the following fields:Habit Name
Habit Description
Duration: Select a start and end date.
Reminder: Choose whether to receive a popup reminder at login.
Frequency: Define how often the habit should be tracked (e.g., daily, weekly).
Submit:
On submission, the new habit appears as a row in the Habits page.
Habit Tracking Grid
Each row in the habit tracking grid includes:
Habit Name: Editable via the pencil icon.
Success Percentage
Done Count
Not Done Count
Not Reported Count
Weekday Status: Displays the tracking status for each day of the week.
Status Indicators:
🟩 Green: Habit completed for the day.
🟥 Red: Habit not completed.
⬜ White: Current day is active but not yet reported.
🟨 Yellow: User skipped reporting.
⚪ Grey: Day not applicable based on selected duration or frequency.
Users can navigate between weeks using the previous/next arrows beside the date heading.
